1. 🌐 Scope of Services

Leo Escape offers integrated services across three main areas:

  • Travel & Tourism: Curated travel packages, tours, visa assistance, and event management.
  • Real Estate & Family Migration: Property search, investment advisory, residency application support, and relocation services.
  • IT Services: Web & mobile development, software consulting, digital solutions, and technical support.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement.

2. 📝 Booking & Reservations

  • All bookings (travel, real estate viewings, IT consultations) require a valid inquiry and confirmation via email or official form.
  • A booking is confirmed only after written confirmation from Leo Escape.
  • We reserve the right to modify or cancel unconfirmed bookings at any time.

3. 💳 Payments & Refunds

Travel & Tourism

  • A non-refundable deposit of 20–30% is required to confirm travel bookings.
  • Full payment is due 30 days before departure.
  • Cancellations:
    • 30+ days before departure: 50% refund of paid amount
    • 15–29 days: 25% refund
    • Less than 15 days: No refund
  • Visa denial: Full refund (excluding administrative fees) if supported by official rejection letter.

Real Estate & Migration

  • Service fees are due upon signing the service agreement.
  • Property payments are made directly to developers or sellers via secure channels (escrow available).
  • Service fees are non-refundable after initiation of legal/residency processing, unless Leo Escape fails to deliver as agreed.

IT Services

  • Project-based: 50% upfront, 50% upon delivery.
  • Hourly-based: Billed monthly in advance or arrears as agreed.
  • Refunds only applicable if service is not delivered as per agreed scope.

4. 🧳 Travel & Tour Policies

  • Prices are subject to change due to flight costs, hotel rates, or government fees.
  • Visa assistance is advisory only; final approval is the responsibility of the applicant and issuing authority.
  • Leo Escape is not liable for delays, cancellations, or entry denials due to airline, immigration, or force majeure events.
  • Travel insurance is strongly recommended and not included unless specified.

5. 🏡 Real Estate & Residency Services

  • Property details (price, location, availability) are based on information from developers and may change.
  • Leo Escape acts as a consultant and facilitator, not the property owner or legal decision-maker.
  • Residency approval is subject to the State Migration Service of Azerbaijan and other government bodies. We do not guarantee approval.
  • All legal documents are reviewed by licensed partners, but clients are encouraged to seek independent legal advice.

6. 💻 IT Services & Intellectual Property

  • All code, designs, and deliverables remain the property of the client upon full payment.
  • Leo Escape retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
  • Third-party integrations, licenses, or APIs are the client’s responsibility unless included in the project scope.

7. 🔐 Limitation of Liability

Leo Escape shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Losses due to natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or other force majeure events.
  • Client-provided misinformation leading to visa rejection or legal delays.
  • Delays caused by third parties (e.g., banks, immigration offices, developers).

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service.

8. 🛠️ Service Modifications

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify service offerings, pricing, or terms at any time.
  • Cancel or reschedule tours, consultations, or projects with prior notice.
  • Refuse service to any client for any reason, at our discretion.

9. 📎 Third-Party Links & Partners

Our website may contain links to third-party sites (e.g., airlines, real estate developers, visa portals). Leo Escape is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these external websites.

10. 📱 User Conduct

When using our website or services, you agree not to:

  • Provide false or misleading information.
  • Use our platform for illegal, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
  • Attempt to hack, scrape, or disrupt our website or systems.

11. 📄 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
  • Any disputes will first be resolved through mediation. If unresolved, they shall be settled in the courts of Baku, Azerbaijan.
