At Leo Escape, we strive to deliver exceptional service across Travel, Real Estate, and IT. While we aim for 100% satisfaction, we understand that plans may change. This policy outlines your rights and options for cancellations, refunds, and service adjustments.

Please read this policy carefully before booking any service.


1. ✈️ Travel & Tourism Packages

All cancellations must be submitted in writing (email or contact form).

🛑 Visa Rejection (With Proof)

  • If your visa is officially denied by the embassy/consulate:
    • Full refund of paid amount minus administrative fees (up to $150).
    • Must provide official rejection letter.

❌ Cancellation by Leo Escape

  • If we cancel a tour due to low bookings, safety concerns, or force majeure:
    • Full 100% refund or option to reschedule.
    • No additional liability beyond refund.

🌪️ Force Majeure (e.g., war, pandemics, natural disasters)

  • No refunds, but we offer:
    • Rescheduling to a future date
    • Credit voucher valid for 12 months

2. 🏡 Real Estate & Family Migration Services

💼 Service Fees (Consultation, Legal, Residency Support)

  • Before contract signing: No charge.
  • After agreement is signed: Service fees are non-refundable once work begins (e.g., document processing, legal filings).
  • Exception: If Leo Escape fails to deliver as agreed, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion.

🏘️ Property Investment (Third-Party Sales)

  • Leo Escape acts as a service facilitator, not the property seller.
  • Cancellation of property purchase is subject to the developer’s or seller’s terms.
  • We will assist in communication but cannot guarantee refunds.

💡 Tip: Always review the property developer’s cancellation policy before signing.


3. 💻 IT Services (Web, App & Software Development)

🛠️ Project-Based Services

  • Before development starts: Full refund of deposit.
  • After development begins:
    • Refund only if project is terminated due to our failure.
    • If client cancels mid-project: No refund on completed work; client owns deliverables up to that point.
  • Client receives all code and assets upon full payment.

🕒 Hourly or Ongoing IT Support

  • Cancel at any time with 7 days’ written notice.
  • Final invoice will include work completed up to the cancellation date.

4. 📦 General Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 14 business days of approval.
  • Refunded to the original payment method (bank transfer, card, etc.).
  • International transaction fees (if any) are deducted from the refund.

5. 📞 How to Cancel

To cancel a service or request a refund:

  1. Email us at: support@leoescape.com
  2. Include:
    • Booking ID or service agreement number
    • Full name and contact details
    • Reason for cancellation
    • Visa rejection letter (if applicable)

We will respond within 48 hours.


6. 🚫 Non-Refundable Situations

No refunds will be issued in the following cases:

  • Client no-shows on tours or consultations
  • Failure to provide required documents (e.g., passport, proof of funds)
  • Cancellation within 15 days of travel departure
  • Change of mind after service initiation

7. 🔄 Rescheduling & Vouchers

Where refunds are not available, we offer:

  • Rescheduling (subject to availability)
  • Credit voucher valid for 12 months (transferable to another person)
